Here is the low-down on how to get your kids on the fast-track in a fun environment to CrossFit. It starts this week. It is open to kids of members and non-members. It is not daycare, it is CrossFit tailored for kids and teens with a dedicated coach, skill teaching and continuous development. Your kids will experience fitness, fun, challenge, mental gain, physical development and more. Here we go:

Lead Coach: Tyler Resch – CrossFit Level 1, Teacher at Memorial Middle School, Rower from the University of Wisconsin, CrossFit Games Regional Team member, Coach at CFSF, Coaches other kids Sports. YES, he is qualified!

Time: Tuesday + Thursday from 10:30-11:30. If need, we may run to 11:40 but please plan on 11:30.
Length of Program: 8 weeks, 16 workouts. We will take the week of July 4 off. Starts this Tuesday…tomorrow.

Cost: $85 for members kids. $115 for non-members. It is the same price whether you can make 8 sessions or all 16 sessions. This is a great deal, but if I need to sell you on it, come into the gym and find out why vs the blog. This is for information, not sales. Class size is limited to allow proper teaching for all kids.

Structure: CrossFit Class style.

Example WOD: Just 1 example or 16+ possibilities.

Run 400M, 10 sit-ups, 10 pushups, 10 lunges, additional instructor lead warm-up and mobility.

How to start: Come into the gym an Tuesday at 10:30am with your kid. If you miss Tuesday come in the 1st day that works. Sign-up. That’s it. You can leave for an hour or stay on the outskirts if you want…but you will not coach – Tyler has that covered.
